The organisation is working to create an inclusive environment for the most marginalised in the country, bringing hope through resourcing, empowerment and advocacy in the least served areas of the country, and working in inclusive education and community development.
Reporting directly to the Board and leading the Senior Management Team, the Executive Director will provide leadership, cast vision and motivate the organisation towards achieving its purpose of an inclusive and hopeful environment for the marginalised.
The applicant will be able to provide strong leadership in a volatile situation, and will be a mature and experienced servant leader. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential. Resilence, ability to maintain own personal well-being, and foster well-being and growth of team in demanding contexts are important.
