As an American residential school our many milestones include a number of firsts from when we became the first IB school first international school in the country (and the third in Asia) by adopting the International Baccalaureate Diploma program in 1976 among only nine other schools worldwide to when we became the first school in the country to have its own separate campus for camping and outdoor activities in 1994.
Teach Christianity Ethics Modern Religious Thought World Religions and Theory of Knowledge at Middle and High School levels within an American curricular framework that is fully integrated with IB Middle years and Diploma Programs.
You are dedicated to student learning willing to work creatively with available materials/resources and able to create and teach interdisciplinary lessons. You understand the developmental characteristics differences in learning styles and intelligence and adapt lesson planning and teaching appropriately. You are a team player with the ability to delegate and coordinate work. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills strong organizational skills and the capacity to support the goals and mission of the school through your personal philosophy.
